Meghan Russell

Meghan began her career in Product Marketing and Development at Google, where she led teams of product managers and developers that created, launched, and refined advertising offerings. After 12 years leading product marketing strategy at Google, she left to become Chief Marketing Officer for The Chelsea Wine Companies in Manhattan. There she oversaw all e-commerce, product marketing, and brand strategy. After working together at The Chelsea Wine Companies, Meghan and Michael saw an opportunity to partner together and start a marketing company dedicated to helping businesses strategically grow their brands through the use of thoughtful, effective marketing strategies.

Meghan resides in Naperville with her husband and three children. When not volunteering at her childrens’ school or coaching youth volleyball, Meghan enjoys playing tennis, drinking good coffee, and planning trips.

Michael Leitner

Michael spent 15 years at Tower Research Capital as a senior quantitative analyst building high frequency trading models. He left to become CEO of The Chelsea Wine Companies where he applied his background in statistics to marketing and pricing models. Michael left The Chelsea Wine Companies to start a marketing company with Meghan where he applies his operational and financial acumen to help businesses grow with a particular focus on maximizing ROAS for his clients.

Michael and his wife live in Naperville with their four children. When not taking his children from one activity to another Michael enjoys spending time with friends and binge watching TV shows on the treadmill.
